services: shepherd: Remove ‘call-with-{input,output}-file’ replacements.

Shepherd 1.0.0 provides similar replacements.

* gnu/services/shepherd.scm (shepherd-configuration-file): Remove
‘call-with-input-file’ and ‘call-with-output-file’ O_CLOEXEC
replacements.
