* gnu/packages/patches/zig-0.9-use-system-paths.patch: ...this and update.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/zig.scm (zig-0.9-glibc-abi-tool,zig-0.10-glibc-abi-tool): New
variables.
