gnu: tbb: Fix build with gcc-14.

* gnu/packages/patches/tbb-gcc-14.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/tbb.scm (tbb)[source]: Use it.
